1. When will I receive my digital pattern (PDF)?
Immediately after purchase. You will receive a download link by email and in your Shopify account.

2. How do I download my files?
After payment, click the download link in your email or access your order page. Files are delivered instantly.

3. What format are the patterns?
All patterns are in PDF format, high quality, printable, and compatible with any device.

4. Are your patterns for personal or commercial use?
All digital patterns are for personal use only.
You may create the finished jewelry pieces for yourself or as gifts, but the pattern itself may not be resold, shared, published, or distributed in any form.

5. Do you offer refunds on digital products?
Due to the nature of digital files, I do not accept returns or refunds for downloadable items.

6. Can I sell the finished jewelry I make using your patterns?

You may not sell the finished product. For commercial use, please contact me directly for more details.

7. I didn’t receive my file. What should I do?
Please check your spam folder first. If the email is not there, contact me and I will resend it manually.

8. Do you sell physical jewelry too?
Yes, some items in my shop are handcrafted and ready to ship. Check the product description for details.
