Shipping Policy – Victoria Lozan JD
Thank you for shopping at Victoria Lozan JD.
Please read the information below regarding digital delivery, production times, shipping, customs and tracking.
1. Digital Products (PDF Patterns)
All digital beading patterns are delivered instantly after purchase.
Files are sent automatically to your email and are available in your customer account.
No physical shipping is required for digital products.
2. Physical Products (Handmade Jewelry – Processing Time)
Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Made-to-order items require 1–2 weeks of production time, depending on workload.
You will be notified if additional time is needed.
All physical orders include a tracking number.
3. Delivery Estimates (Local and International)
Shipping is handled through La Poste / Colissimo.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs processing and carrier delays.
Réunion / Outre-Mer deliveries usually take 5–7 business days.
International delivery estimates are as follows:
Europe: 5–12 business days
United Kingdom: 7–15 business days
USA and Canada: 7–15 business days
Australia and New Zealand: 8–15 business days
Worldwide: 7–15 business days, depending on location
Please note that these are estimates only, and delays caused by customs, postal workload, holidays or weather conditions are outside of my control.
4. Customs, Import Taxes and VAT
Customers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, import taxes and any additional handling fees required by customs in their country.
If customs requires payment to release the parcel, the customer must cover these fees.
Orders cannot be refunded if a parcel is returned or destroyed due to unpaid customs charges.
5. Address Accuracy
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including full name, street details, postal code, city, country, active phone number and correct email address.
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer must pay the shipping cost again for resending.
6. Lost, Delayed or Returned Packages
Victoria Lozan JD is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers or customs, for packages lost in transit, for parcels returned due to incorrect addresses, or for parcels returned due to unpaid import taxes.
Refunds are not offered for lost, delayed or returned mail.
