Welcome to Victoria Lozan JD. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to the Terms of Service below.

1. General
This website is operated by Victoria Lozan JD. We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website means you accept any changes.

2. Digital Products (PDF Patterns)
All digital beading patterns and tutorials are for personal use only. Digital items are delivered instantly and are non-refundable.
You may not share, copy, upload, resell or redistribute any digital file.
Selling finished physical items made using my patterns is allowed only with credit to the designer: “Pattern by Victoria Lozan JD.”

3. Physical Products (Handmade Jewelry)
All handmade jewelry items are final sale. No returns or exchanges are accepted.
Each piece is made individually, and small variations may occur due to the handmade process.

4. Payments
Payments are processed securely through Shopify, Stripe or PayPal.
We do not store full card details. Orders suspected of fraud may be cancelled.

5. Shipping & Delivery
Digital products are delivered immediately by download link.
Physical products are shipped with La Poste / Colissimo. Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.
Customers are responsible for providing a correct address and for paying any customs duties, VAT or import taxes required by their country.
Refunds are not issued for packages that are delayed, lost by the carrier, returned due to an incorrect address or held/returned because customs fees were not paid.

6. Damaged Orders
If a physical item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide your order number and clear photos.

7. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use this website for illegal activities, fraud, copying or redistributing designs, or uploading harmful content. Any violation may result in termination of access.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of France and Réunion Island.
