Refund Policy – Victoria Lozan JD

Thank you for shopping at Victoria Lozan JD.
Please read this information carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Products (PDF Patterns)
All digital items, including beading patterns, tutorials, and PDF files, are non-refundable.
Digital products cannot be returned once delivered, therefore no returns, no exchanges, and no refunds are offered for digital downloads.

If you experience a technical issue (file not opening, failed download, missing file), please contact me at victoria.lozan.jewellery.co@gmail.com and I will resend your files.

2. Physical Products (Handmade Jewelry)
All jewelry items are final sale.
For hygiene reasons and due to the handmade nature of my work, I do not accept returns or exchanges on physical items.

Please read all product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include:

- your order number

- clear photos of the issue

I will assist you as quickly as possible.

4. Customs, Import Fees & VAT
Customers are fully responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or handling fees charged by customs in their country.

If customs requires payment to release your parcel, this must be paid by the customer.
Orders that are returned or destroyed due to unpaid customs fees cannot be refunded.

5. Lost, Delayed or Returned Packages
Victoria Lozan JD is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

If a package is marked as delayed or lost, please contact your local postal service directly.

Orders cannot be refunded if they are returned due to:

- an incorrect or incomplete address

- the customer not picking up the parcel

- unpaid customs fees
